Dog walkers are responsible for their own pets at all times.
Entry into the property is at your own risk.
Green Point Cricket Club accepts no liability for any harm caused to yourself or your pet(s).
Primary use of the facility:
You acknowledge that the grounds primarily serve as a Cricket Club.
Cricket activity risk:
Green Point Cricket Club accepts no responsibility should you or your pet be harmed by a cricket ball.
Dog limit:
A maximum of 3 dogs per membership is permitted. These include DOG walkers
This rule applies even if the dog walker is caring for dogs whose owners do not bring them down
Visitors:
No visitors with dogs are allowed unless permission is granted by the Club Manager.
Restricted areas:
Strictly no pets on the cricket pitch or in the practice nets.
Event days:
There will be days during the year when the facility is unavailable to members due to events.
Control of pets:
Members must keep their dogs under control at all times and behave responsibly.
Aggressive or anxious dogs:
Dogs displaying aggression or high anxiety must be kept on a lead at all times.
This includes any dog that is reactive, unpredictable, or uncomfortable around other dogs or people.
Poo violations:
Failure to pick up after your dog will result in:
1st offence: R200 fine
2nd offence within 6 months: Termination of membership without refund
Membership revocation:
The Green Point Cricket Club Committee reserves the right to revoke memberships at any time for reasons including, but not limited to:
Unruly or dangerous dogs
Dogs interfering with cricket activities
Non-compliance with club rules or behaviour expectations
PLEASE ENSURE YOUR DOGS HAVE THEIR ANNUAL VACCINATIONS AND THAT THEY ARE NEUTERED/SPAYED! (NON-NEGOTIABLE)
