Description
Terms and Conditions:
1. Booking Policy: One booking name per slot. Bookings are non-transferable.
2. Membership Fee: A membership fee of R250 is payable upon registration.
3. Court Fees: R50 per hour booking fee is payable upon entry to the court.
4. Court Usage: Ensure the squash court is kept clean and free of rubbish after use.
5. Lighting: Switch off lights after usage to conserve energy.
6. Liability: Users are responsible for their own safety and equipment.
7. Conduct: Players must conduct themselves in a sporting and respectful manner towards other players, grounds, and club staff.
8. Cancellation: Bookings can be cancelled with at least 30 minutes’ notice prior to the scheduled session. Failure to do so may incur penalties.
9. Ground Staff Access: Ground staff will only open the squash court before 8am if bookings are made at least 24 hours in advance.
By booking and using the squash court, users acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
